Now un-install this way: Menu Tools > Extension manager > My Extensions > + Select the extension, + The extension contents is now displayed. Eventually click on one or each of the components. Keeping the tree open, select again the main line for this extension, click Delete : OOo deadlocks. Reproducible with various extensions.
