After inserting a large amount of text from the clipboard into the Note Window,
the Note Window does not show scrollbars.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Copy a large amount of text to the clipboard
2. Create a new document and insert some text
3. Create a new note and insert the clipboard content by using the Note Property
Data context menu ("Paste")
4. Exit the Note (either "ESC" or clicking into the document text)
Expected result: The Note Window is expanded accordingly and - if necessary -
scrollbars are shown to access the content.
Current result: The Note Window keeps it's size and gets no scrollbars. Please
refer to the corresponding screenshot.
Additonal comment: The Note Window should be resized during the clipboard insert
operation. This would be the same behavior like the automatic resizing during
manual entering a large amount of text.
