2008 -------
If the mode "edit file" is disabled and document is set to "read only",
selecting text in Notes Windows does not remove an selection in the document 
text.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new document and insert some text
2. Create a Note and insert some text
3. Save the document and change "edit file" mode to "read-only"
4. Go to document text and select some text (with mouse)
5. Go to Note Window and select some text (with mouse)

Expected result: The text selection of step 4 is reverted. The only selection is
made in the Note Window.
Current result: Both text selections in document text and Note Window are kept.
This is independent from the selection modes in Writer - they are not
implemented in Notes, but that belongs to issue #86448.

User es replied: This is a bug. Target should be OOo3.1 (email 2008-02-11, es to
iTeam Notes2).
