HI->FS: Following observation.
- I've saved bugdoc as sxw and reloaded
-> No difference about position or layout
- Load the doc now with OOo1.1.4
-> The control+Label are placed on TOP of the page
- Load the same sxw file again with 680m87
-> Control+Label are positioned at the CENTER of the page.
