If Start centre (grey background, "Welcome to OpenOffice.org…" foreground) is closed, then there's no obvious way of recalling that welcome screen. (The options may be nested in menus, but the start centre is nice.) (Start centre appears when OOo is launched, but recall should not require a quit and re-launch.) If there's no way of recalling the window, then add to OpenOffice.org Help an explanation * with direction to the menu options. I see some references to AppleWorks behaviour, but I shouldn't treat AppleWorks as exemplary.
