Jumping between Notes Windows is currently possible with keybindings and the
previous/next-buttons in the Navigator and the buttons at the lower right of the
Writer window. Using the buttons, the Note Window status is not changed and the
cursor "gets lost".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document with several Notes
2. Change to the Note Window
3. Set the Navigation to "Notes" (at the lower right of the Writer window)
4. Use the previous/next-buttons (at the lower right of the Write rwindow)

Expected result: The previous/next Note Window is highlighted and gets the
status "Edit".
Current result: Nothing seems to happen. If the Note Windows are spread over
several pages, the automatic scrolling does work. But neither cursor nor the
edit focus is shown.

Proposed behavior: In general, the selecting previous/next Note should always
set the focus to the Note Window. Please have a look on the document
"2007-12-10_AccessToNotes_Overview" (email to iTeam). In the near future, the
wiki page will be updated with that information.

Additional information:
* Found in CWS "notes2"
* Jumping with keyboard shortcuts works correctly.
* Jumping between Note Anchors inside the document text does work (but is not
intended).
