AW: Removed op equal() from polygons again, moved to tooling (for 2D and 3D).
Added equal op's to tuples (2D and 3D) with small value transfer. Those fallback
to the smallvalue compare, so will not use ApproxEqual which seems to be to
strict for polygons.
Checked the UnitTest, too. Works well. Checked in. Done.
AW: Set broken to 'no' since this was never working.
