The controls in the document which are printed with white text are all multi
line text fields (with a background other than white). This wrong text color is
covered, as said by hi, covered by issue 45372.
The control which does not print the text at all is also a multi line text
field, with *white* background. So, in fact, it's printing its text in white!
What's left is that multi line text fields always print its text in white - and
this is issue 45372.
