If record changes is activated (with Show changes on) and several Notes get
deleted, then undo will not restore the foreign notes. This is rather bad
because real information is lost!

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached document
2. Add own Notes
3. Delete Notes by "Delete All Notes" or "Delete Author's Notes"
4. Select Undo

Expected result: All previously deleted Notes get restored.
Current result: Only own Notes get restored.

Additional information: Tested with CWS "notes2".
