Could you please verify the target milestone and at least leave a comment why
you have chosen this one?
Why is this assigned to Carsten? I assume it's an installation issues as there
are only two possible solutions:
- users must install the runtime themselves
- the extension must get a Windows installer that comes with it and installs it
If something else is possible or planned, please describe. Otherwise I would
expect that a better owner is chosen.
