I left in the NotifyAccessibleEvent in the accessibleiconchoicectrlentry.*:
While it's true that this is not used currently, it is needed in case the
implementation is extended to actually notify events. In this case, we should
not need to rewrite the method, but be able to simply use it.
Speaking strictly, similar arguments are valid for the two other removed pieces
(SetIndexInParent and ensureValidPosition), but those are trivial to re-add if
really needed.
