Well, you should use OpenOffice native file format for saving this information
properly.
You currently save in MS Word format - this format does not support page styles
like OpenOffice Writer. Thus OO cannot save them there and on re-import of this
file into Writer some "dummy" styles must be generated to depict Word's
section-based page concept in Writer.
