It depnds on the UI language you use.
So it's Ctrl+F in English, Ctrl+Shift+F in German (OOo 2.0 beta)
I guess you use a Spanish build (B=Buscar) which is logical.
We are reluctant in changing default shortcuts because *every* user wants
another one. Plus You can configure it yourself.
A default shortcut could be changed if enough (let's say more than 100) people
vote for it.
until then, this issue will remain closed.
