Translation:
When deleting cells via Edit - Delete Cells..., you cannot select "Shift cells
up" nor "Shift cells left" radio buttons when the range is multi-marked (i.e.
disjoint selection). Likewise, the Insert - Cells... menu item is disabled when
the range is multi-marked. We should add support for these operations even in
the presence of multi-marked ranges.
