I am not able to reproduce the problem. The attached document (re-)exports fine
to RTF format (tested with OO 2.3.1 and OO 2.4 on Windows and Linux).
Maybe there is a problem with your config folder OpenOffice.org2? Sometime this
becomes corrupted by older OOo installations and only deleting it solves certain
problems.
