This might not actually be a bug but is annoying nonetheless. When formatting a
cell as date type with format code of YYYY if a year is entered instead of a
full date it shows up as a date based from 1900 in what is displayed, eg enter
'2005' and it shows up as '1905'. The preferred behavior would be to know a year
is being entered due to the format code and fixup the internal representation to
make it eg January 1, 2005 as needed.
