Here are the concerns I see: - Adding a note requires too much time and clicks (3 clicks and the need to search for the note entry in the insert menu...): insert>note. It should be directly possible to do so with only one or two clicks. - removing a note could be simplified by adding a small cross on the top right corner of each note could be cool (see the screenshot https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/addon/3093).
