In postitmgr.cxx; ::CalcRects() just change
mpWrtShell->GotoFld(*pItem->pFmtFld))
pItem->mPos = mpWrtShell->GetRectOfCurrentChar();
to
if (mpWrtShell->GotoFld(*pItem->pFmtFld))
pItem->mPos = mpWrtShell->GetRectOfCurrentChar();
