The shortcuts created by the OOo installer in the Windows start menu do not
work. For example, instead of pointing to:
C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.3\program\sbase.exe
The OOb Base shortcut points to:
::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\::{416651E4-9C3C-11D9-8BDE-F66BAD1E3F3A}
This means that after installing OOo, a normal user will not be able to run it.
