2008 -------
I recently starting having issues saving writer files as .doc. When i try to
open them, windows prompts me to select which application I would like to open
it with, and when i select open office, it sometimes opens. Sometimes it takes
a long time, and sometimes it never opens. It will open files saved with the
default extension (.wcu??? i think it is??? i can't open it right now to find
out...)
I'm going to try reinstalling.. I can't open the app to run updates or
anything. Restart sometimes fixes.
this problem only started within the past two weeks or so and I have used open
office since my last format in January

have been using open office for a long time. love it! keep it up!
