It is possible to change a formula "=A1" in the protected cell B1.
How to reproduce:
-Create a new Calc document.
-Remove protection from the cells A1 and A2. Protection of the cell B1 must
remain.
-Protect the sheet.
- Write "1" to A1.
- B1 becomes expectedly "1".

- Now it is not more possible to change B1. But, if we CUT the "1" from A1 and
PAST to A2, the Formula inside the B1 will become "=A2".
