The dialog that warns me before saving an openoffice.org file in *.doc format
(for example) is very useful and I don't want to deactivate it. However it would
improve usability a lot, if the two Buttons would read "Save as .doc anyway" and
"Keep OpenOffice format" or something like this instead "Yes" or "No".

The "Yes" or "no" buttons make me read the whole dialog every time, although I
see the dialog often and appreciate it as a reminder that I am saving in .doc
format.
