Thanks for your thoughts. It's an interesting question that is hard to answer.
Our current position is that we will have the "OOXML" import in OOo3.0 as a
built-in feature, but no export. Time will show us what we have to do in future
releases.
I've set OOXML in quotes as our filters won't be OOXML filters but Word, Excel
and Powerpoint filters. To explain this difference is another story...
As tml correctly pointed out, this discussion is a more political one and
shouldn't happen in an issue tracker. For this reason I close this issue as
"invalid".
