The mouse over effect is not shown when the mouse is in drag-and-drop mode (little rectangle is shown next to mouse arrow). This is the the case when the mouse is moved outside the slide sorter after pressing the button or when the button is pressed for a longer time before the mouse is moved. However, this same effect can be seen in the master, too. 2. Multiple slides selected after moving slides from one position to another.
