I added the color tab page to the line dialog because I was working on the
dialog fixing another bug and for some reasons the color tab page was never
added to the line dialog.
Unforunately the current implementation of the color tab does not support
setting anything else than the fill color. Reworking the color tab is to much
work for a simple bugfix cws. Therefore I removed the color tab page again so
nothing is changed compared to the master.
