2008 -------
Now, if you try to paste cut cells to some cells containing data, you have a
warning "Do you want to overwrite...?" "Yes" is logical, but "No" is not. You
don't paste your data and you lose your source cells, because they are cut,
unless you remember to paste it again.
Instead of Yes-No, there should be Overwrite-Insert-Cancel choice, not an
automatic insert. 
As noted before, there should be also "Insert Copied Cells" or "Insert Cut
Cells" on right-click menu.
