In connection with the integration of the new "Galaxy Icon Set" the previous Set
("Classic8") needs to be made available as an alternative UI skin.
VA->HJS: As discussed here is the "promised" Task for you.
VA->HJS: According to STS the old "Classic8" Theme shall be available in *all*
OOo installation sets, i.e. in our inhouse *and* in third party builds.
