This bug was caused by the ShowWindow of the slideshow. It forwarded mouse
events not only to the slide sorter controller but also to the view shell. The
later did interpret them as regular mouse events directed to the edit view and
moved its shapes accordingly.
Previously the ShowWindow forwarded events only to the view shell, which then
detected the running full screen presentation and forwarded them back to the
slideshow. Now, that the ShowWindow informs the slide show controller directly
the forwarding to the view shell is no longer necessary.
