Second problem regarding the numbering problem is already tracked as issue
64548.
MRU->OD: open attached odt and "load styles" from the ott while only "Numbering"
and "Overwrite" options are checked. The wrapping of the frame is now evaluated
incorrectly (the property did not change). Moving the frame and triggering
"Undo" will workaround the problem.
At least with OO 2.1 this worked - I was not able to test with 2.2 or 2.2.1; OO
2.3.1 already showed the problem.
