Please note that for small collator tailoring the locale data Collator
element now can have the necessary entries, so an additional file isn't
needed anymore and the collator type doesn't have to be changed from
'alphanumeric' to 'charset', which if done so would also change the
algorithm offered to the user and stored with the document. For an
example see the sl_SI.xml locale data file.
To integrate code or data contributed we need a signed
Contributor Agreement form (SCA) filled-out, see
http://contributing.openoffice.org/programming.html#jca
