fixed in cws DEV300/dr61 (OOo 3.0)
Note that the Excel file format allows to reverse the radar rotation direction
(X axis) and the Y axis, though this is not possible to change in the Excel UI.
The Excel export filter writes reversed direction out anyway, and Excel will
correctly show these reversed radar charts.
I will attach an ODS file which can be used to test the export filter.
