fixed in stlsheet.cxx
Problem 1. was that SdStyleSheet::GetApiName was implemented to return the api
name. API name for user defined styles is empty. Corrected to return style name
in this case.
Problem 2. was that SdStyleSheet::SetParent had a typo so for user defined
styles the parent style was always the default style and after that the default
style had a wrong api name. jesus.
