2008 -------
start a new document, insert textframe (from the drawing toolbar).
enter some text so that there at least two lines (preferably more).

resize the frame by grabbing the lower right corner and making frame much 
smaller than the entered text (this makes frame surround the text precisely).
observe the frame, save the document. reload.

notice how the frame now is differently sized than what it looked like at the 
saving time (it is around the size you dragged it to before).

the same problem is also reproducible in writer (though here text wraps in the 
frame, frame still has different vertical size after loading), but not in calc.

not reproducible in 2.4.0 -> regression.
