A tooltip should always be short and significant - so it is extremely difficult
to use the right words here.
It means, that only left pages are used by the current style - which means,
referred to a book layout, only even page numbers are used - others are blank.
MRU->UFI: I think, the online help could be enhanced a little bit in this case,
telling a little more about the blank pages which are generated when using a
certain "page layout".
