SBA: Occurs in (i.e. Alphabetical Index) index sorting. Adjusted summary to meet
the findings.
Note that sorting witn "EN-US") set as sorting language, the N-Tilde comes
BEFORE other "N..." entries wich is wrong, too.
This is OK in "normal" sorting in Writer text or Writer tables as well as in
Calc.
