------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Apr 7 16:23:02 +0000 2008 ------- How to Repeat: Have a external Harddisk drive with Windows Compressed NTF format (formatted under Windows XP). In Windows XP, create a *.odt file in that drive. Connect this drive to Ubuntu Machine, and open the same *.odt file, modify it and save it. You will get the following error message: "General error. General Input/Output error."... I am not sure this problem is due to OpenOffice or Ubuntu system. But that kind of error can be annoying! Workaround: I have to uncompress the NTF drive, then everything is OK. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
