Confirm issue. This cygwin CVS client unfortunately work with non-absolute paths
in CVS/Repostory-Files - but sent absolute paths to the server as required by
the CVs protocol. PCVSLib can't work with that yet. It's not clear how many CVS
clients are out there which do not use absolute paths in CVS/Repository, can't
be many, this is the second report
