Alas, as mentioned, we cannot segregate the tech from non-tech projects or l10n from non.Isn'it possible to rename (at least in your bugzilla) l10n components with a common key, for example "lang-fr" and "lang-it" instead of "fr" and "it" ? This way
1) all these components will appear together in the alphabetical list,
2) it'd make immediatly clear (without reading the description) that they are language components.
