Good graphics capability is essential to my work, and several issues make it
hard for me to use OOo for these...

1. When a graphic is selected (with or without caption/frame) and moved right
or left with arrow keys or alt+arrow, the graphic moves down slightly as it
moves right and left. Weird.

2. Issue 13303 not resolved: deleting (or cutting) a graphic moves cursor to
the top of document. This does not happen consistently and appears to happen
most with large documents (that may be coincidence, or it may be that that's
when I notice it most because it's very annoying).

3. A "nudge" feature is desirable, to match other word processors: move
graphics only minimally when using alt+arrow keys, so small layout adjustments
can be made. Moving graphics with mouse can have unpredictable results due to
"anchor to character" setting, so small adjustments are frequently necessary.
I feel as if earlier versions of OOo already did this, but again, my memory may
be faulty.

4. One more: when anchoring to pgph, a graphic anchors to the top of the
paragraph; if a paragraph is split btw pages, the graphic automatically shifts
to the previous page. This gets very annoying when making slight adjustments
(with mouse or arrows), as it won't move down again with the arrow keys--the
anchor stays attached to that paragraph.
