Could you please let me know how is your different with mine? I ran 'gsichek -we -wc de-080407.sdf' and get de-080407_err.sdf and de-080407_ok.sdf For how to fix the errors: When you run gsicheck on de-080407_err.sdf, you'll get errors. I also put the log to http://sunvirtuallab.com:32305/sdf/de-080407_err.log After fixing the error, you shouldn't see any error when runnig gsicheck.
