In OO 3.0 it is not so easy to reproduce anymore...
After opening the file, it is shown correctly in DEV300m5. You have to enter
several paragraph breaks in the two-column section (so that the frame is filled
by it) and then Undo all steps -> the section does not flow back to its original
size.
I also noted another strange behaviour in DEV300: when changing the zoom to 150%
and entering a paragraph break in the section, the wrap of the circle object is
not regarded anymore.
