Very often after upgrading Office our users get "JRE is defective" and no Java-
dependant function will work. JRE selection in settings would not get saved
either.
The only known way out of this is to delete javasettings_Windows_x86.xml (or
complete user profile).
The root cause is that Office can't overwrite "javasettings_Windows_x86.xml".

I am attaching sample javasettings_Windows_x86.xml that exhibits the problem.

Repro:
1. Close Office inclusing quickstarter.
2. Save attached file to x:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org2\user\config\ (making backup of original).
3. Start Office, select JRE in Options, click OK.
4. Close and open Office - JRE is not selected.
