In my environment this issue causes problems because I am programmatically
replacing text in my documents using 'ant' - I extract content.xml, replace the
variables, and then tell 'ant' to update the ODT file (like using zip -f or zip
-u). This fails because the ODT holds a "newer" copy of content.xml (or it
thinks so because of the improper timestamp) which is actually older.
I'm not fully clear on whether I would see the same problems if I were sharing
regular ZIP files across timezones, or if there's a workaround that involves
manipulating my 'TZ' environment variable? (I'm running SLED10).
