The new cairo module is not required by any other modules yet.
Cairo is being used by X11 in VCL, and by X11/Mac Quartz/win32 in CANVAS. So
far, however, cairo library itself has been obtained outside of OOo.
I'm guessing that this is duplicate of issue 87860. Please re-open if this is
not so.
