The problem was NOT that document pages were lost, the problem was that linked
slave document contents became integrated text contents, as I wrote in my report
and as "movieshowingproblem.zip" shows. Butthis problem is solved, so we can
close this issue if someone else can confirm the "Worksforme" with a correct
test.
