------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Apr 17 10:00:00 +0000 2008 ------- So - it is interesting to me (given the ongoing allusions to this bug), that apparently the Sun changes here have broken the gtk+ quickstarter on unix: > Anyway - the really bad thing is that review and QA was only done for Unix > along with changing Windows code. That is not acceptable when integrating > into the master - period. Besides not being true: Tor did the QA; it sees Sun's testing of it's changes on two platforms appears not to have worked either: perhaps because the gtk+ quickstarter is (apparently) disabled by default on Unix in Sun's builds [why?]. Either way; now if you build the code, you find that if you select "Open Document" from the menu - then (eg.) cancel the file selector (or even open a document) - the "Open Document" and "Exit quickstarter" menu entries remain insensitive & un-usable thereafter :-) that was not the case before. I'll chase & file another bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
