Steps to Reproduce:
1.
1)Choose 'File->New->Text Document'
2)Choose 'File->Save',
3)One dialog popup, and its title 'File Selection' unlocalized.
Click 'Browser other folders', then 'FileSystem' on the left pane
unlocalized.
4) If file exists, an error dialop will appear, its title 'Overwrite file?' and
its contents ' The file already exists, Overwrite?' unlocalized

1)Choose 'File->New->Text Document'
2)Choose 'File->Send->Document as PDF Attachment': new dialog popup and its
title "PDF Options" unlocalized.

1)Choose 'File->New->Text Document'
2)Choose 'File->Properties...", New dialog popups, on Tab 'User Defined' contain
unlocalized messages: "Info 1", "Info 2", etc.

1) After install starsuite8, at the first time invoke soffice, one wizard will
appear.
2) The contents say "Click 'next' to continue", but button's label is not 'Next'
but 'Continue', so inconsistent.
17.Installation
1) Run setup to install starsuite8
2) Click 'next' button, then click 'Accept' button, then 'next' button, then
click 'Install' button. 'Stop' button on the right of install progress bar is
unlocalized.
3) Click "Help" button, dialog popup, its title 'Help' and button label 'OK'
unlocalized.
