2008 -------
after installing the packages in my system(*), after confirming all the
information for being the 'first time' of using this version, the program
crashed, giving me this message:

X-Error: RenderBadPicture (invalid Picture parameter)
        Major opcode: 155
        Minor opcode: 7
        Resource ID:  0x18000f9
        Serial No:    9127 (9127)

after, could not start the program because it ends with this same error;
searching in the web, i've found this type of error in another version of
OpenOffice:

http://archive.netbsd.se/?ml=openoffice-dev&a=2007-06&t=4450585

FYI, the version of Cairo i have here is 2.11.4

sorry if this issue already exists; it's my first report, and i could not find
anything on the issue tracking query

thanks,
Leonardo Rosa

(*) i use slackware, so i must convert RPM packages to TGZ format; i have
already installed older versions of OO with this procedure;
