fs->dr: cannot reproduce the crash with a DEV300m7. Perhaps this depends on the
conrete document? Please try to reproduce the crash, if you succeed, please
attach the document here.
(Side note: a very simple test document of mine resulted in an assertion "Error:
OpCodeMap::putOpCode: reusing OpCode 292 (USDOLLAR)". Is this a known problem?)
