After I was not able to reproduce the problem on an other PC, I did some further
investigations, and it seems that I have found the reason for the problem.
As you can see in the attachment for issue 88443

300m7 has been installed additionally to 300m5 (because I am not used to
uninstall an older version when I install the current one). That seemed to cause
some conflicts, after I uninstalled both versions and reinstalled 300m7, the
problem had vanished.
No idea whether this parallel installation is the desired behaviour for the
Dev-versions or a bug.
